Travelers Rest Golf Course

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED!

Volunteers are needed to help to make continuous improvements to the golf course.

 

When?         TUESDAYS    8am to 10am

Where?       Meet at the Golf Shed in the TR Maintenance area

Bring?         Work gloves

 

Help is needed for:

 tree care, new plantings, marker placement, weedwacking and making minor repairs to the irrigation system

Miscellaneous projects

 

 

 

Shotgun Start

Scrambles are held the 2^nd and 4^th Saturdays of each month. Teams are chosen randomly. There are two flights – 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (60 players per flight). Winning scores are calculated using a handicap method. Prizes are awarded for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd places – gross and net, plus closest to pin for men and women per flight.
